For more than two decades, the Student Culture House of Sibiu (Casa de Cultură a Studenților Sibiu) has hosted a vibrant space for words: the LIRISMOGRAF Literary Circle. Here, young writers from all over the country gather their thoughts, confront their emotions and turn their ideas into pages that breathe authenticity.
Poetry. Prose. Drama. Every form of expression finds its place in this literary community, where every metaphor is listened to, every sentence seeks its rhythm and every story finds its right reader.
For more than 20 years, the Conexiuni anthology has been more than a collection of texts – it is a launch pad for new voices, a bridge between generations of writers and a place where talent meets the opportunity to be read. For some, Conexiuni was the first step towards published books, literary awards and creative careers. For others, it is simply the joy of writing and sharing.
Put your talent to the test! Lirismograf, the poetry, drama and prose competition organised by the Student Culture House of Sibiu, invites you to reveal your creative genius. There is an age at which everything is felt more intensely. Joy is never small, sadness is never light, and questions seem bigger than the world itself. It is the age at which people still have the courage to feel without measure and to tell the truth before polishing it. Young literature is born from this sincerity. Alive. Restless. Luminous.
The texts in this anthology do not try to impress through artifice. They breathe naturally, like a conversation held late at night between people who no longer want to hide anything. In these pages there is fragility, revolt, love, loneliness, hope and a great need to be understood. Sometimes the words strike directly, at other times they barely whisper. But each of them carries the truth of a generation that is learning to build itself in a hurried and often cold world.
The “Lirismograf” Literary Creation Competition has become, over time, more than a space for artistic affirmation. It has become a place where young people can let their thoughts exist without fear. A place where vulnerability is not weakness, but a form of courage. Because it is not at all easy to sit in front of a blank page and leave a part of yourself there.
This anthology does not offer definitive answers, nor does it try to define a generation. Rather, it captures its inner pulse: the way it loves, the way it falls, the way it hopes. Perhaps this is precisely where the beauty of these texts lies — in the fact that they are not afraid to be sincere in a world that increasingly encourages appearances.
